Every order ships free and fully insured across North America. Your rug travels rolled, carefully wrapped and protected, with tracking sent the moment it leaves us.
Delivery in 3–10 days
We process and ship orders within one to four days, and most arrive within about ten days, sometimes as fast as three, depending on your location. Almost every order lands within two weeks at the very most.
International delivery
Shipping beyond North America is available on request. Send us your location and the rug you have in mind, and we’ll arrange a fully insured quote before you commit.
If it’s late or lost, don’t worry.
Every delivery is guaranteed. In the rare case a rug is delayed or goes missing in transit, we’ll track it down for you, and if it can’t be found, we’ll help you choose a replacement or issue a full refund. You are never left out of pocket.

7-day returns
If a rug isn’t right for your space, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return. Because each piece is one of a kind, we handle every return personally, just reach out and we’ll guide you through it.
Return shipping
Return shipping is arranged by you and paid by the buyer. We’ll give you clear instructions on packing and sending the rug back safely so it arrives in the same condition it left.
Your refund
Once your returned rug arrives and passes a quick inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method. We’ll keep you updated at every step.
