Shipping policy

Every order is fully insured, packed by hand and tracked from the moment it leaves us. Rugs travel folded and carefully wrapped.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping rates

• United States and Canada: free, fully insured, no minimum order.
• United Kingdom, European Union, Australia and New Zealand: fully insured, with rates calculated automatically at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed and shipped within one to four business days. Most orders in the United States and Canada arrive within about ten days, sometimes as fast as three, depending on your location. Carrier transit estimates are one to two business days within Canada, three to five to the United States, five to eight to the United Kingdom and the European Union, and six to ten to Australia and New Zealand.

Duties and import taxes

United States: all customs duties and import taxes are included in your price, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Canada: orders ship domestically from Vancouver, so no import charges apply. United Kingdom, European Union, Australia and New Zealand: any duties or import taxes that apply to your destination are payable on delivery.

If something goes wrong

Every delivery is insured and tracked. If a rug is delayed or goes missing in transit, we will track it down for you, and if it cannot be found we will help you choose a replacement or issue a full refund.
