Two hexagonal medallions with cream star cores sit in the brown field of this charming rug. At the center, two hexagonal medallions with muted pink grounds and cream star cores sit in a brown field ruled with cream herringbone lines. A smaller brown diamond medallion follows below. Muted pink returns at both ends of the field, where hexagonal outlines in gray-blue hold teal and cream figures. The beautiful main border is cream, set with small blocks and figures in rust, brown and teal. Narrow brown guard stripes edge the field. The pile has thinned in a few patches across the field. In a passage, the pink and brown tones hold the cream lines steady. At 3'1" by 10', it fits a hallway or the space along the side of a bed.
