The blue ring around the pink core gives this cream rug a charming center. Worked on a cream field, dainty scrolling vines carry steel blue leaves, rust blossoms and small rosettes. A handsome lobed medallion has a blue ring around a pink core, with small blue pendants above and below. Beyond the large blue oval, small brown clusters mark the corners. The main border is cream, carrying brown flower heads between blue vines. Narrow tan and blue bands edge it on both sides. The pile is mostly even, with scattered white specks where it has worn thin in the field. The pale center suits a large room, while the blue ring adds a cool edge. At 8'2" by 11'11", it fits a dining table for six with the chairs pulled out, or a full living room seating group.
