This large medallion holds a small square core, with pendants extending to the top and bottom edges. Cream spandrels sit at each corner, carrying bold stepped shapes that mirror the center. The main border runs dark burgundy, set with steel blue and red rosettes on an angular vine. Narrow guard stripes in brown and red flank this wide band on both sides.
